Our goal is to make it easier for you to legally find and enjoy, New
York's finest wines.
We only ship to wine lovers within New York State. Each state has unique
alcohol beverage control laws and regulations. We would expand our service area,
except most states present challenging barriers to out-of-state retailers who
wish to serve wine consumers. We recommend that you look up your own state at
the Wine
Institute's web site.
You must be 21 years of age or older to order from us. When we ship to you,
we will label our packages, "Adult Signature Required". When you
order, be sure to provide us with a shipping address where an adult will be
present to receive your package.
We regard your name and address as confidential. New York Wine Cork never
shares mailing lists with other marketers. When you place an order through our
wine store, your credit card information is protected by Secure Socket Layers (SSL)
